I have a few ties where I like the patterns but I don't like their widths. Rather than bin them I'd rather get them altered.
Do any of you reckon it to be a tricky/specialist job or should anyone that's set themselves up as an alterer be able to handle such a task?

I had this done to a couple of Missoni ties about a month ago by the tailors on Hornsey road near funky junk studios.
Told him what width and they came out perfect.
Was 15£ for two.
