Well, actually, I think that was to be able to bring equipment, fences, whatever.

They've said to me in the past you don't have to book, it's first-come-first-served.

£441 in 2010 pus £50 application fee.

Note: If hiring Newington Gardens you will need public liability insurance and (in my opinion) first aid (£350 and £500 ish respectively).

Was just thinking out loud, if it was cheap (~£200) it wouldnt be bad to ask for a fiver from everyone to keep the two courts for us all day. But thats prohibitively expensive. So end of story.

That is a lot of bench teams to try and squeeze in to one day of polo! We need more captains.

If you've changed your mind or aren't sure yet, please take your name off the list! I think captains will be choosing the draft on Monday evening so its important the list is correct.

I'm not running this, but I'd recommend doing it about a week before, giving time for people to work out costumes whatever.

Chris has organised for the draft to happen on monday at 9pm @ the ship.
