They are not cheap. Convert $ to £ and that's about what you'll pay for them, new.

I had a fairly difficult time finding anywhere in the UK who would sell them to me- On Your Bike just told me to "buy them off the Internet", rather than them going to the effort of them ordering them.

For the complete set, including BB, axle etc you're looking at around £700, more if you go for ceramic bearings.

It's a shame this is only coming up now. I'm flying back from Seattle this afternoon after a month here, and could easily have packed a crankset in the suitcase if you had ordered it and shipped it to my office.
