The cable stearing looks cool... even if I'm still not 100% sure I understand how it works.

big bag of laundry = no problem
it has a (real, not plastic bottle) mudguard too now, seriously functional -

Hardly vintage as they're quite modern.
Still want.

^/^^ My brother in law and father in law both have 05s in pretty good condition. They are nice bikes to ride despite the weight, the bearings are all super-silky.

Locking up my longbike earlier today in Bath, saw this on a Raleigh Cameo 3 speed, the owner was an old guy who works at Rolls-Royce, knocked up this custom rack/basket from stainless. He was not willing to make one for me. Gutted.

what's the function of that bendy second top tube?
-
• #2723
none whatsoever, just for style.
If it needed a function, a lateral tubes would work well for giant bicycle, like this;

Beautiful Alex Singer;
rode home on the flooded london streets on my dolan fixed yesterday, totally mental and felt very dodgy. Took the LHT in this morning, still wet roads but so all that functionality and practicality shines when commuting turns into a bit of a winter slog, it's going to make this winter's bad weather commutes so much more tolerable than the past few years on skinny tires, quick steering and no 'guards has been :)
