If 700c, the seat bolt has a Gazelle Logo - worth exploring whether the Serial# location and format match Gazelle.
The wrap-over seatstays on the other hand looks a lot like a Carlton - so if it has 27" wheels this would be a good first port of call... check both the raleigh and worksop carlton serial # formats s to see whether yours matches...
The components don't offer much of a clue as I think they're a bit more modern than the frame.... The stronglight headset, Maillard L/F hubs and Weinmann brakes are european, but the suntour gears are japanese.
Check the hub bodies for a date code. Don't recognise the logo on the chainset, but that may also give some clues.
