Went to see the place it was lovely!!! Put an offer in and the women said ok. Do I let the estate agent know and they'll talk to her?

Oh and the place has gas supply and surprisingly doesn't need as much work as we thought.

Exciting times!

Well done. You should make the offer to the estate agent though.
