Only problem is it doesn't come with gas central heating. But I believe we can get around things like that, open fire place in living room + bedrooms being one of them.
Having lived somewhere with the only heating coming from a solid fuel Rayburn, I can tell you it's shit in the winter. Having to get it going (build an open fire) then wait for it to heat up was a massive pain in the arse. Coming home to an ice cold house in the winter is not fun.
I would budget for getting the heating sorted quickly.
