We're buying our place as a home. Somewhere that if we never had the chance to move again we'd be happy with.
Based on the property up there it'll fit our needs and then some.
Only problem is it doesn't come with gas central heating. But I believe we can get around things like that, open fire place in living room + bedrooms being one of them.
As for the rest of the house I guess I haven't thought of that yet.
I'm also in a fortunate position that my dad is a site foreman, meaning he's able to pull in a few favours for us. Something which I'm extremely grateful for and know I'll never be able to pay him back for.
