Corner of the Avenue, just drove past. Ambulance and Polce in attendance,Red road bike on the verge. Didn't look too serious, touch wood. Someone prone on the floor with a blanket but ambulance crew were loading a stretcher back into the ambulance with noone in it. Thoughts are with he/she for a speedy recovery though!

Saw that. He'd broken his leg. Poor bastard. :-(

From what I could tell he was coming south on the cycle lane and a car turning onto the Avenue from the North filter lane took him down.

I hope he had lights but I doubt it.

Stupid students are all over Lewes Road now, most without lights and most RLJ. None of them seem to have any road sense. 10 years cycling in Brighton for me, the wankers on a 'me too FG/SS' increase every year.

Hope he recovers but you need to be fucking careful out there!
