I got a few parts from them early this year, took ages for it to get delivery of the items as with everyones says above they didnt have the stem in stock, so I got them to swap it from the Cinelli to Deda (exactly same stem different decals) and then I got all the parts shortly after.
I dont think they are a con, they are just useless with stock control and customer service, some prices are worth it if you can wait it out.
