Hi all,
So, my GF has been made an offer by a company in NYC, and we are bouncing back and forth trying to figure out if we could make this work for the both of us.
She would be able to get a fast-tracked 'O' Visa, but sadly, things would be a bit more tenuous for me ... hoping to perhaps go over on either a student visa, or failing that a J-visa/VWS while scouting for work (although this seems a bit risky and means leaving every 3 months).
Has anyone here made this leap in the past, or has any insight regarding spousal/student visas, or visa advice in general? Potential timeframes are pretty crazy, so trying to mine for as much knowledge as possible!
Oh, and I am from NZ - living in the UK on a Tier 2 sponsored visa, just to make things more complex!
