OK, so have put some photos on Flickr. All bar the Dark blue Peugeot ( looks pretty much identical to the red one), and also the Raphael Geminiani, my camera ran out of battery so will upload these tomorrow. Have a look and get back to me, also if I have any descriptions wrong, please let me know, think you guys probably know much more than me about dates, models etc. Thanks.

@ bubba- To be honest don't want to split any more than it is. If it doesn't sell, will hang on to it for a future project.

@ clivej9 have just added 3 photos of the Raleigh 501 frame.
@ graunch, no photos as my camera is currently not working but will upload some tomorrow. Yeah the handle bars on the mercies are great- super comfortable ride! In fact I think the Raphael Geminiani has very similar bars too.

I don't understand the lack of interest you've had in these bikes. The mixte frames are lovely, but I've run out of wimmin to build bikes for, and the little Pug with ziggurat lugs would make a great bike for a kid, or a smaller statured person.
Bump anyway, and I'm looking forward to the Raleigh frame.

I don't understand the lack of interest you've had in these bikes.
3 days without photos of the items properly embedded in the thread? I'm not surprised at all. I could have been interested in one of four but alas...

@ 36x18 thanks for the message- yes don't really understand myself, they're great bikes and think they're very fairly priced. Will see you tomorrow about the frame ; )
@ Emyr, I tried to upload straight onto the forum, but couldn't seem to get them to show up, so followed the suggestion of creating a flickr account and putting the images on there. If you want to see them just follow the link, if you can't find in the thread here is the link http://www.flickr.com/photos/88342762@N02/ , sorry that this put you off, just couldn't get the photos on show any other way. If your still interested drop me a line.

Raleigh 501 frame sold
Pug 21' racing bike sold pending payment
Hi all.
Haven't been on here for a while- number of reasons- but thought I'd see if any one off the forum may be interested.
Reason for sale is that work is low and space is tight- in tern, my out of control bike collection has to shrink!
First up is a late 70's Peugeot Racing bike, dark blue. 23' frame, 27' wheels. Extremely original and looks like its had very little use. Everything works as it should, wheels are true, gears and brakes work, tyres and pad and great. Paint work is original with only a couple of small scratches. Price is 165
Secondly is a early 70's Peugeot Racing bike, red. 21' frame, 27' wheels. Again extremely original with very little use. Everything works very well, gears, brakes, wheels, frame etc.
Price is 150
Thirdly is another Peugeot racing bike in light blue. 23' frame and 27' wheels. Its a little later, at a guess I'd say late 80s early 90s- correct me if I'm wrong though. Everything in great condition and works as it should.
Price is 165
Forth is a ladies Mercies. 19' frame with 27' wheels. This is an absolute gem, the detail on this bike is just beautiful. From the front rack all the way through to the riding position. Its all very original and everything works very well. This bike will be missed greatly.
Price 175
Fifth is a ladies Raphael Geminiani. All in good condition and works as it should.
Price 125
Sixth is a Triumph rod brake bike. It is missing a front wheel and has a bent set of front forks, needs a little tlc. i used this bike for a few years and after lending it to a friend, had it returned the way it currently is. Been hanging onto it as was thinking of building a 700 single speed out, this hasn't happened! Anyhow, very original and could be brought back.
Price 40 pounds
Seventh is a Raleigh mens racing 501 frame/ forks/ stem/ bars/ crank in yellow and white. Think its a late 80s or early 90s. All in good condition just needs a set of wheels.
Price 85 pounds
10% of all sale will go towards the forum.
I'm based in North London, nearest tube is seven sisters.
Pictures will be up this evening.
Any questions please ask.
Many thanks
