It's basically a single main compartment with a couple of compression straps, and a single pocket in the lid.
Nothing much else to it, it just does the one job well. I originally purchased it to go trekking around South America but never went. Instead it's been through the Thai jungles, in and out of the Grand Canyon, and the usual places around the UK. Still going strong and nothing about it failed in the high heat and humidity of the places that I've been.
I've got a Marmot which I've used a few times around the world and absolutely love.
