What's the issue?
The 1st gen P2M had a load of issues with inconsistent readings- not so useful as it's sold as a precision measuring device.
The 2nd gen may have solved those problems- too soon to tell right now.
If you can splash the cash that Lightweights require (plus the rest of the bike) it would suggest that a more reliable PM could have been afforded.
So- strange choice, a PM from the budget end of the spectrum with an iffy rep, slapped on an otherwise high end bike.
