forgot to reply toa post above, I had issues with tyre clearance with a Benotto, 23mm on a 19mm rim would rub against the fork crown, with the 23mm rim it lowered the wheel height. I also filled an arc underneath just for a little room.
the h+son archetype seems to be a better choice now than A23
some of the Chinese carbon manufacturers have come out with 23mm wide 50mm high clinchers
DT Swiss have a new light box section rim thats 21mm x 21mm
a cheaper alternative to TB14 rim is the Sun CR18, I used them for a few races before switching to cxp33. wider is nice for comfort but I think I prefer a narrower contact patch for nimbleness, it just feels better somehow. maybe because I use the same tyre profile on the road too so Im used to that handling

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
