Wanted: Touring frame - 52ish cm

Hello,

I'm looking to build up something for the girlfriend for a bit of touring through France next year. Frame needs to have the following:

• 52 cm or thereabout seat tube
  
• Mudguard and at least rear rack bosses
  
• Fit 700c wheels
  
• Clearance for around 35 tyres
  
• Cantilever brake bosses
  
  

Would love to find her something with a bit of character, something like the below Koga Miyata World Traveler, or a similar steel frame, Yates, Bob Jackson... you get the idea ;) Would also consider a complete bike.

Is this going to be geared?!

Had a couple of offers but still on the lookout!

Touring in France?
How about an early 1950's 650B french Randonneur bike?

I personally love it, however the girlfriend does not I'm afraid! Still open to suggestions...

Got a lovely Custom built Swinnerton Cycles frame in british racing green - Built by Roy Swinnerton in '82, 531st tubing - BUT it is 54cm..

Got any pics? 54cm would be the absolute limit.

Pinarello montello, 52 square but with no eyelets......

Need eyelets for a rack to carry all the cheese and wine and the like!
