SOLD
Thanks Sam, top bloke. Donation made Ta.
Listing this for my mate Marc who struggles with technology...
Renovated and restored Dawes Scorpio circa 1988 for Sale.
It's been cleaned and serviced, hubs repacked and a couple of cones replaced, bb changed for modern sealed shimano, front wheel rebuilt with open sport rim.
£100 ono.
Measurements are tt-57cm c-c, st-58c-c 60c-t.
All original except for the front rim (Mavic open sport), seat (condor anniversary) and Specialised pedals.
Full shimano exage group set with biopace chainrings (so you can ride liked an 80's Wiggo) 52tx42t and 6 speed block / Cassette.
Made of Reynolds 500 tubing with only a few small spots of rust and a few scratches. It rides very well and would be a great retro looking beater/commuter providing you can stomach the colour scheme.
Collection from Tulse hill (SW London)
Dibs followed by PM please (swiftly followed by cash would be nice)
