You may want to consult Sheldon on this if it's an old frame. The BB shell width isn't an issue but it may have 26 tpi Raleigh threading.

Thanks for your help but I'm still puzzled as to which one I need!
Anyone have the same frame which they can tell me?

You need to measure your frame :

How old is your frame? 80s/90s? Almost certainly be a standard (68mm British thread) BB.
In my, fairly limited experience, Raleigh only used their threading on old (60s and earlier) three speed bikes.
As suggested above just measure the shell, even without callipers a difference of 5mm should be easy enough to see.

it's standard 68mm BSA.
shimano un55 110mm will do the job well -

BB shell is 70mm (may be 68, just my shit measuring)
BB full length is 110mm

I did this a few weeks ago and you want a BB with shell = 68 and spindle = 110.
Hi guys,
got a Raleigh 531 Rapide frame which needs a new BB. I know it's 110mm and square taper (I have Shimano 100 cranks) so am I right in thinking this is the one for me?

Do I need a 68 or a 73?
