Frame number is 42787. Are you saying that the labelling of cyclones / mistrals was (kind of) interchangable?
I've found tell of a ~1974 mistral with number 40611 (http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=139293), but I don't know how many they were making at the time...
