Rim troubles!

I have been having some trouble converting an old Claud Butler bike from tubular to clincher wheels. At the moment the wheels are the old style 32h/40h polished alloy 700c fiamme sprint rims. Does anyone have any ideas where I can get the same spec but in clincher. I originally was dead-set on a high-polish alloy finish but now I will settle for anything! Changing the rear hub from 40h to anything else is pretty much out of the question because I want to keep my Harden hubs on the bike. Thanks in advance!

Rigida Sputnik come in 40h flavour and almost any LBS should have an account with their distributor.

They look pretty interesting. Should be able to buff up that aluminium! Are they very wide?

25mm (19mm internal). They're heavy, but strong and probably a bit lighter than steel rims.
