It LOOKS okay to me. It could have a small bend which you might be able to feel as a tighness in the head set. FWIW when I wrote off a steel frame in a front end smash, the forks were absolutley fine. The frame buckled on the top and down tubes, just behind the head tube. The front wheel had an aero rim and was absolutely fine too.
