Is there a thread about this document somewhere? I can't find it.
I've only just looked at it after reading some of the Go Dutch stuff. It seems to me ... well, a little bit crap TBH, for all its complicated detail it still talks about "15mph cycling design speeds" and "these types of roundabouts are OK for cyclists" - who are they thinking of exactly, the CTC out for a ride?
Maybe I'm being unfair from a quick flick through, but it just seems weird that something so "all-encompassing" exists yet rubbish is still built. I went to visit a relation in LB Sutton and the nearby cycle track across a playing field ends in .... a set of steps!!. If they followed their "CRISP procedure" there they must have asked for a packet of dogshit flavour.
