Its super versitile. Super fast for innercity riding. Super low maintenance comparing with a geared MTB. Its a great winter hack (has fender mounts for proper full fenders). And leaving geared cyclocrossers in the dust/must on it is just one of the better feelings you can encounter in this univers.
With little change in parts it could even be light tourer.

What frame is it? I know you've mentioned it before but I just can't track it down.
