Bike noise, creak, click, creaks, clicks, clicking, pinging sound - help

aaarrrghhhh.
so i was having a clicking noise when putting force through the cranks, usually at the end of the pedal stroke. tightened the fuck out of the bottom bracket shell, cranks bolts and pedals. shimano anti-seize'd all. also wet lubed the chain. clicking still there (seems better) and now i have a squeeling too.
could the squealing be too little lube? any ideas on the clicking (will try re-align rear wheel tonight)?

Clean the BB shell and the Seat tube, I had a similar problem on an older bike and this sorted it.
