These appear to not be neoprene so hopefully might actually be waterproof -
(I'm not sure if it's because I have restraps and that just breaks the seal or whether all neoprene shoe covers are just crap but soon as it really rains I've always still had soaked trainers and it's def not from the seal at the top as always been whilst wearing waterproof trousers that easily cover the top of them)

Not sure how much use they will be without waterproof trousers but that's not a problem for me as I'd only be wearing them with so I'm going to give them a try and will let you know if the seal looks like it would make them any use without trousers
