the problem with waterproof overshoes is the seal between your leg and the top of the overshoe. granted if you do what bmx fred does and have waterproof trousers over the top you will be ok but if you will be wearing shorts or non waterproof trousers you are screwed. and.. neoprene is the best you will find for waterproofness in the overshoe market ive tried most of them and they all fail in the same way.
