Are there any alternatives to neoprene?
I'm not worried about warmth I just want to find something that's actually waterproof - had my body dry the other day with waterproof jacket, trousers and cap but still had to spend the day with trainers drying off sat at work in soggy socks.
(Ended up cycling today wearing waterproofs and two plastic bags on my feet looking like a hobo Roy Cropper out of fear of another soggy foot day - it was sunny the whole way)
