i've seen British Cycling have a club membership at £88-250 that provides third party insurance (page 14). would that cover the club/ it's officers?
Yes, that's the principal purpose of affiliating to an organising body these days. BC club cover only covers general club activity, not organised rides & races for which separate cover is needed. CTT affiliation covers time trials promoted under CTT regulations. Neither covers claims against individual riders. Individual membership of CTC or BC(Silver) is suggested in the absence of any other personal public liability cover.
