Chap on something fixed and pink with plastic front wheel this morning on the CS7 bypass by Elephant & Castle. Obviously didn't like the idea of queuing to cross the road when the cycle-only lights changed, so executed a slightly over-enthusiastic bunny hop over the pavement and dived in front of me as I moved off. I'm not putting you in the "bad cyclists" thread* because you did wait at all the red lights while they were red and you did also indicate your right turn at South Bank University properly. I will permit myself a small "tsk", though.
*EVEN THOUGH YOU DESERVE TO BE

I witnessed someone discovering the perils of riding with flat pedals and trainers and giving it the beans from a standing start. He was riding a very nice Colnago, which I got a close look at as he veered violently to his left, towards me, when his foot slipped as he tried to race me (and dude there really is no point, I don't commuter race) away from some lights on the Walworth Road.
I'm still chuckling about it.

Oh yeah! I spotted Andy P + pram near the end of your road in Beckenham on Saturday afternoon. Sorry I didn't stop and chat but I was on my last legs and probably would have collapsed in a heap if I stopped pedalling.
Good to see you anyway

DoubleTap this morning.
Hi. You bombed it away from me. Was it my smell? Or the shark pits? Or the horror of red shorts? Or the fugly bike? I wept slightly as I got caught behind a bus and dumpster in both lanes

Compulsory cycling licenses required to use the roads, please. I don't give a fuck about inclusivity, I just want to purge shit bike users.

^It's rainy season now, that should get rid of few whilst they store their bikes back in the shed for another winter.

Saw a dude on a stickered up Mash about 10.30 heading south on Kingsland Road, just by Dalston Junction station. You on here?

Dude with a beard riding a gorgeous baby blue fuji track with bunting along the top tube. Why do you have to jump every red light along Chamberlayne Road and then mount the pavement to avoid the lights at Harrow Road?
WAC!

Courier with nice hair on a very nice red Serena (?) brakless lo-pro in the City.
Crisping Lover's Cinelli, or its Doppelgänger, parked in Condor, but no sign of the Mike Skinner tribute act himself.

I've just been over the to Southwark for a meeting, back in Farringdon now.
I am reconsidering, in light of the wind, whether it was a sensible decision to ride the bike which has what amount to two sails for wheels today.
I spotted a number of Boripedes being blown left and right- which does not bode well for my directional stability later.

Were you on Old Street this morning 8.30am, corner of Goswell Road. Silver frame, twin deep carbon rims?

I don’t have very long hair but I do have very blonde hair. Am I the one you’re thinking of? I’ll look out for you anyway.
I’m not actually Hattie on strava, I go by my full name (segment hunting is serious business).
Hm. No, you are not she, I think. What's your bike look like? I have very blonde hair now, too, just bleached it, though you'll likely only see it at the back.
I've wanted to change my Strava name...I don't like the stalking potential of Strava.

Not Jimbilly? I had a great spot of him yesterday on East Dulwich Road. Chased him to the lights at Ady's Road and GROWLED at him to get back at him for scaring the piss out of me last week. It was awesome.

North of the river? Unlikely! Haha.
Think we yelled at Laner last night. Nice skid in the wet, don't think the car behind was best pleased...
