I've read BDW's posts saying that a section of motorcycle inner tube makes a good seal between leg and overshoe, preventing rain from running down your legs into the shoe.
Any better suggestions, or has BDW hit the nail on the head?
I have used electrical tape to make this seal before, but that lacked a certain elegance.
