Can you identify these shoes

I'm trying to find some cycling shoes like these

Does anyone know what they are or where I can find something similar?

They look like pre "clipless" touring shoes to me . Or perhaps an early MTB shoe?

There are or were some Shimano MTB shoes similar to that. Not sure if they still do type of shoe though..

The nearest shoe might be some thing from Exustar or have a look and see what SJS cycles have on offer.
