For the Brightonians who might follow this thread...

Red Roaster's Honduras Finca Los Vaqueritos is nice, just roasted as well.

Had too put up will a Liverpudlian sitting next to me, who wouldn't shut up, to discover that one...

Coffee Plant on Portobello road also do a good Honduran. Just a shame I can't find anyone who does any Panamanian.
