I bought my CAAD 10 2 weeks ago and changed the stem and seatpost as soon as I got it, the only ride they have seen is from home to Condor (4 miles). Min insertion marks on the post as you can see in the pic.

The Alu stem is 110mm and oversized; £9 + P&P
The seatpost is SOLD

No dibs, PM me and you can collect the items either from N4 or W1 if you are in London.
