"Oh Shit" moments...

Not that bad but my most recent one was cycling along and watching some local yoofs obviously not paying attention about to step into the road in front of me, most of them notice and stop so I start to accelerate again, one doesn't, one foot in the road, friend grabs his shirt and stops him stepping straight in front of me, his response, obviously to save some face "what the fuck are you doing mate?" I wish I had time to formulate a wittier response than "riding my bike you silly cunt".

Had a similar one on the way home last night, traffic was at a standstill and on a certain section pedestrians allways step off the pavement to cross without checking the bike lane. I could see this lady angling across the pavement to cross between the stationary cars, as expected she stepped into the bike lane without looking just in front of me, as I slowly went past behind her I whispered a loud 'Boo' in her ear - unfortunately her loud scream frightened me more!
