usual story for bonded frames of this era (Vitus, TVT, Alan, Specialized & Peugeot) - they work well for light and dinky riders as the smaller frame sizes flex less and have less stress on them) Hence the Robert Millar endorsement (not that he need worry, he probably got a new one for every big race! - ditto Sean Kelly). They look great though, especially with the highly polished period campag or the more industrial Mavic kit
