Can you give me some details on the forks. Are they 1 1/8"? What is the length from steerer to crown? and if you have cut the steerer tube what length is it? thanks

bargain.

forks are 1 inch and threaded, length of steerer is around 200mm, would probably need to trim off around 40mm give or take depending on stack height of the headset

Are the forks threaded or for an ahead stem?

These frames are a great ride. I have 3 Lee Cooper / 14 Bike Co ones (road, fixed and lopro fixed). Bump to share the love!

frame sold but forks still available
hi all,
i brought this a while ago as a project but its not going to be built up so its time it moved on to a better home
its a handbuilt lugged steel frame made by Lee Cooper (who is a bit of a legend), he made it in 2009 for 14bike co (i have all the reciepts). i got it off the guy who purchased it but didnt use it much, he paid £500 for it
its 631 steel and the forks are tange chrome ones, i got the forks seperately and would prefer to sell both together but if there is interest i can split if there are takers for both. note that the steerer is fairly long so will need trimming to fit the frame but there is ample thread so its no problem
it measures 54cm c-c square, with obligatory 100 and 120 dropouts, not drilled at rear but the forks are
it has been repainted and hasnt been built up since, there are a few minor marks from storage but no dings or dents
i would like £220 for the frame and £40 for the forks (both are excellent condition) or £250 for both
collection / viewing in peckham
thanks
