Yeah, I second that. Not bad. I once had a woman do the same thing, almost step in front of me, then - obviously scared/embarrassed - shout: "SLOW DOWN!" at me.
I was in a suit, on a Dutch bike, doing about 15mph. Quite an achievement given the tools, but hardly worthy of a scream, given that the road was a 30mph limit.
People are stupid.
