Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I would rather get in smeone's way and prevent them from being bellends and in the process either make them think I'm a bellend or realise why I'm deliberately in their way. I will happily absorb the bellendous thoughts and they are welcome to remonstrate with me.

Would you do this to a cyclist who had gone out their way to filter on the right and still jumped the light?
