the bb shell, judging by the number, is from the times when they used to panto a little "k" on the fork crown, so most likely the forks are not original
top tube decal indicates the whole thing was re-decaled, which raises questions about its original brand
my guess is its just made by Tanabe, originally as something else (he was contracted by korean keirin wasn't he?) and then re-badged (or back-badged, if someone wishes) to a kalavinka
its still a quality frame mind
