Yeah, but a lot of that is on motorways. Brighton to Cornwall you're doing 28mph all the way behind a tractor.
I came back from Norfolk to Yorkshire a couple of weeks back. Took me nearly five hours, averaged about 30mph. Bit of nightmare journey, and to top it off I got a fucking speeding ticket for doing 60 in a 50 zone on the A1.
I think I only hit 60 for about 200 yards of the whole journey. I was gutted.
