Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I have started passive aggresively blocking RLJers now. It's always the same ones on my commute. Slow as fuck but won't even thinking of slowing for a red. Ultimately, I always pass them, not even out of trying (although absolutely destroying some who is being a cunt can be rewarding) and will make it my business to wait at the front of the queue at the lights blocking whatever gap there is. Usually by putting a foot down but quite far out and leaning the bike over. Got called out once today by someone who came up behind and shouted "oi! move!". All he got was "where the fuck are you gonna go, it's red". I think he then cottoned on to why I was standing like a prick and STFU.

I'm going to start doing this.
