It's an interesting situation in many ways, given that road laws are enforced by a largely absent police force via camera.
Obviously cyclists are impossible to fine, or otherwise sanction this way.
Therefore it is up to their conscience (and training I suppose) to determine which rules to adhere to.
If there was no penalty for RLJ'ing in a car, how many would do it I wonder?
