I just found out this morning because my boss showed me the Evening Standard article. He was the only person I knew back in those days who used to cycle into town (from Surbiton) to go clubbing, stay out till the early hours then cycle home again. Typically ahead of his time.
He was a true eccentric and great company. I didn't even know he rode fixed or was 'on here', the news obviously came as a bit of a shock.
