How's done it attach to frame/handlebars

See the black plastic block - that has fasteners to attach to your h bar. The basket slots in and out of that bracket. It's effectively quick release so you can take it in to shop etc.

Thanks Dazdirt - Headset yours, bear in mind it is 'integrated' for a modern integrated type frame - I didnt realise this when I bought it a while ago.
