Wanted: Ladies road bike - for 5ft1 girl. 49cm? 650c?

Hi,

I'm adding this for a friend as I no longer live in London, however, my friend is looking to start cycling properly and is looking for a geared road bike.

She has a limited budget so no crazy Dura Ace / Record stuff - but something nippy and a good first bike.

She's 5ft 1 and can come see anything you have...

If a frame set will do I've got an unused still in the box Dolan Preffisio with carbon Orbea fork, I also have some other parts including wheels, narrow (female narrow) handle bars, stems etc

Sorry should add, it's a 50cm seat tube, 53cm top tube £120 frame and fork posted or cheaper collected from North London
