might be tempted to part with my Salsa Casseroll, 59cm seat tube, I am 6ft 3in so ran it with a fair bit of seat post up. It is currently being run fixed- are you after gears or not?

Hello,
I am on the lookout for a mens bike. something light as I have to haul it up a long and steep stairwell. I'd like something quite nice looking but it is essentially only for whipping round town on. I'm a lofty fella so need a large frame at least 58" at a guess. doesn't need to fit perfectly.
willing to pay up to about £250 (something like a surly steamroller would be ideal)
I am also in the market for a ladies bike
something good looking and reliable.
sit up and beg jobby would be fine. frame size 19 or 21"
looking to spend no more than £180 on this.
Willing to be flexible on price if the right bike comes along.
If anyone has anything they think is suitable let me know.
Thanks.
