I have one but I don't lend it out as my last one went walkies and they're fucking hens teeth.
You're welcome to come up to Muswell Hill and use mine some time but to be honest you may as well find one for sale, there's a guy on ebay in the u.s who makes them(about £35 inc shipping iirc).
Or just draw it out and take it to your local machine shop and they'll be able to make it.
Setting up TA stuff can be a bit taxing sometimes so it's really worth having your own....
