none of my short sleeved jerseys fit me any more.
Not much space under my XXL winter softshell cycling jacket.
Reduced to wearing polo shirts to work, as my cotton shirts dont fit anymore.
Its a result of being so short. It really doesnt take much effort to bulk up to an expensive wardrobe replacement.
