I have no clue! probably best to prize it off with a flathead screwdriver/knife, alternating sides to avoid bending it, unless its screwed in, in which case you unscrew it...
some chaps glue them back on, but if you need new screws they may have them on ebay.. in fact I have a pair left over from when I had to buy them with some stem badge screws, so if in need, PM me.
