Looking for a cheap small racing bike that I can convert into a single speed, lightweight commuter.

I have a small beautiful deep green Reynolds 531 frame and forks. Dawes hand built in England with gold lined cut out lugs. Comes with the original double crank set but you can use just one ring for single speed setup. Also got handlebars and saddles etc if you need. Pick up from central London only. Please PM if interested.
